Begin memorizing scripture. Whatever amount you can manage but start working on something. Those that do this will have a power growing within them. When they come across difficult situations in everyday conversations the memorized word will spring to the lips naturally. Spiritually I see these words as swords cutting to the heart of situations and addressing the real issue the way common words never could.
