Seek the Lord while he may be found: Call upon him while he is near

Isaiah 55:6

War

When you are in a bloody war know who your shooting at. In the chaos, smoke and confusion you might think you know who your enemy is or at least who it appears is attacking you. Don’t shoot blindly, hold you ground with your shield of faith held high for protection and be slow to violently respond. Don’t be pressured into taking a quick shot. Give yourself a breath, your sight will clear and you’ll get a good look at the real source that is behind the attack. Take sure aim at that which is behind the person not at the person themselves. Though the person holds the weapon, they know not what they do. Have compassion on them, aim your anger at the dark source behind them.

Be on your guard against entertaining dark and negative thoughts whose origins are not from God. These thoughts will lead you to pain and trouble. Meditate on things that are true, good and pure. This will keep you strong and on a right footing.

It is terribly important to remember to hold your shield high, you can do all this if you have not been hit. When a bullet has hit its mark the pain makes it impossible to see clearly. Pain releases chaos and confusion which perpetuates and intensifies the war until both sides are dead.
